About DDA J-Zone

Features of DDA J Zone

If you have a look at the topography of J Zone, you will find that it has a gentle slope towards Najafgarh Drain. The J Zone is spread over an area of 6515 hectares out of which around 2883 hectares of land is available in the form of unauthorized colonies or built up area (commercial, residential and industrial). According to 2001 census, the population of this zone is around 5.0 lac and this population resides in a total of 1802 unauthorized dwellings and around n26 villages. Estimating the exact figures is a little difficult mainly because of the difference in revenue/physical village boundary along with the census charges of the zone.
